Overview

The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive the growth of Kemin Nutrisurance. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing a range of activities, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, campaign coordination, tradeshow and event in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to multi-channel marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop, edit, and proofread marketing content for various channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all content and communications.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.
  • Event and Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist with planning and organizing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, symposium), coordinating logistics and communication materials.
    • Support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all communication assets are aligned and timelines are met.
    • Track the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting key metrics to the marketing team.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Prepare material for monthly marketing reports, consolidating key updates and performance data.
    • Provide support in preparing presentational materials for internal meetings as necessary.
    • Support the organization of internal meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of resources.
    • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure timely and effective internal communication.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Coordinate social media calendars and schedule posts across LinkedIn
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails.
    • Analyze email performance metrics and implement best practices to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Brand Management and Messaging:
    • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all communication materials.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice, tone, and visual style, enhancing brand integrity.
  • Project Coordination and Administration:
    • Manage the day-to-day project flow, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed within budget.
    • Maintain a calendar of key marketing activities and communications.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed, such as designers, photographers, and printers.

 

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • This position may require occasional travel to support events and meetings.
    • Fluent English is a must
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in using Hubspot preferred
    • Proficiency in tradeshow and event management preferred
    • Proficiency in using other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Indesign).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw insights for optimizing content and campaigns.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging, brand-aligned content.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving ability
