Overview

Customer service Specialist is responsible for the coordination
between the sales force and the services and operations. This person is supporting the commercial activities of the sales employees and managing all internal and administrative sales office activities and
sales order processing. This person also plays a key role in ensuring the supply of our product for his dedicated region. Works in close collaboration with supply chain planning and the warehouse team to ensure the delivery of our products to the customers.

Responsibilities

- Key contact person for sales
- Key contact, internal co-ordination and administration to support the sales activities of multiple regions
- Responsible for daily communication with Account Managers to ensure effective customer service.
- Smooth order processing with optimal economic efficiency and maximum customer service
- Proactively participate in order prediction by running reports and contacting customers
- Collect, check and maintain information on master data
- Prepare colleagues as backup and act as backup during absence. 
- Provide timely and accurate customer services, secure that procedures are being followed
- Prepare offers and quotations in line with the established procedures and approvals
- Investigate and co-ordinate customer credit applications in cooperation with the financial department
- Responsible for the execution of the strategic plan by providing superior customer service and support to the field staff.
- Maintain the administration and the customer files for the sales area
- Timely and accurate communication, administration and documentation on customer services and sales activities (internally and externally)
- Plan shipments and provide instructions to the warehouse on the preparation of deliveries, if relevant
- Book transportation for timely deliveries in line with the selected approved transport contracts and optimal economic efficiency, if relevant
- Collect, check and maintain information on master data for logistics (e.g. products, customers, contracts), communicate changes to the system controllers
- Work in partnership with Finance to track customer performance against payment terms.
- Customer retention improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by relevant experience
  • More than 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Team player
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Good PC skills:
    • E-mail,
    • MS Excel, MS Word
    • ERP experience
  • Customer focused, communicative & assertive
  • Accurate, well organized,
  • Able to plan activities, to anticipate and to take initiatives
  • Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs
