As Customer Service Representative you play a vital role in supporting our customer loyalty and maintain high customer satisfaction. You process orders, help customers with questions and provide appropriate solutions. As first point of contact for our customers you build a sustainable relationship with our customers and support the commercial activities of the sales. You work in close collaboration with supply chain planning and the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of our products to our customers.
