Dedicated to bridging the gap between sales and operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. Aim to contribute to customer satisfaction and overall organizational success

Responsibilities

  • Responding to sales orders and sample inquiries from both the sales team and customers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to establish demand forecasts and obtaining final approval from the Sales Head.
  • Planning production based on sales forecasts, organizing safety stock in accordance with established norms.
  • Ensuring timely order receipt through coordination with the sales team and customers.
  • Managing order booking, order processing, and deliveries across all distribution warehouses and customers.
  • Planning and executing stock transfers to the C&F based on demand forecasts.
  • Handling stock replenishment planning in response to forecasts and additional requirements from the sales team.
  • Monitoring non-moving and slow-moving inventory, taking necessary actions to prevent write-offs through coordination with the sales and operations teams.
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly, closing them with thorough investigation and appropriate actions within set timelines.
  • Managing transit damage claims, ensuring closure within stipulated timelines.
  • Supervising a team responsible for accurate documentation related to stock transfers, sales shipments, and deliveries.
  • Overseeing the product samples process, obtaining necessary approvals from the sales team, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Compiling and circulating a daily Open Order report.
  • Taking responsibility for the creation of new customer codes in M3 based on approved KYC.
  • Generating and providing timely MIS reports, including On-Time-In-Full (Negotiated and Non-Negotiated), Forecast Accuracy Report, Order Register, and Order Status Report.

Qualifications

  • Any graduates with overall 3+ years of experience in manufacturing handling Customer Service.
